Refund Policy

Payment for physiotherapy services is due at the time of treatment. Refunds are not issued for completed sessions. If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, no fee will be charged. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee or full session charge. Prepaid packages or unused sessions may be refunded at our discretion, minus any used sessions and admin fees.
