📅 Booking Policy – Estherlokphysio Clinic Welcome to Estherlokphysio Clinic. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review our booking policy below. 📌 Appointments Appointments can be scheduled via our website, by phone, email, or in person. A confirmation message will be sent after booking. New clients: please arrive 10 minutes early to complete any necessary forms. 🔄 Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancelling or rescheduling any appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee. Missed appointments without notice (“no-shows”) will be charged 100% of the session fee. ⏱ Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid affecting other clients. The full session fee still applies. 🚫 No-Show Policy Clients who miss appointments without prior notice will be charged in full. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings. 💳 Payment Payment is due at the time of your appointment. We accept: Cash Credit/debit cards Online payments If your session is covered by insurance or a third party, please submit all required documents before your first visit. 🩺 Health & Safety Please inform your therapist of any recent health changes or new medications.
