Service Description
1. Quick Check-In We’ll start by checking how your pain and movement have changed since your last visit, including any flare-ups or improvements. 2. Treatment Time Focused shockwave therapy will be applied to the targeted area to help stimulate blood flow, support tissue healing, reduce pain, and improve recovery. This may also be combined with hands-on therapy if needed. 3. Progress & Adjustments We’ll review your response to treatment, update your exercise programme, and provide advice on activity modification, posture, loading, and pain management to support your recovery between sessions. Treatment Plan Shockwave therapy usually requires at least 4–6 sessions to achieve the best results, depending on your condition and response to treatment. Therefore, we recommend starting with our 4-session shockwave therapy plan, which includes a discounted package price compared with booking individual sessions.
Cancellation Policy
📅 Booking Policy – Estherlokphysio Clinic Welcome to Estherlokphysio Clinic. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review our booking policy below. 📌 Appointments Appointments can be scheduled via our website, by phone, email, or in person. A confirmation message will be sent after booking. New clients: please arrive 10 minutes early to complete any necessary forms. 🔄 Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancelling or rescheduling any appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee. Missed appointments without notice (“no-shows”) will be charged 100% of the session fee. ⏱ Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid affecting other clients. The full session fee still applies. 🚫 No-Show Policy Clients who miss appointments without prior notice will be charged in full. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings. 💳 Payment Payment is due at the time of your appointment.
